Lake Adger Vacation Rentals & Cabins Lake Adger cabin rentals consists of a series of small, private communities, each carefully fitted to the natural landscape on 3200 acres surrounding the 438-acre Lake Adger and it's 14.5 miles of pristine, unspoiled shoreline.
Lake Adger is located just off NC highway 9, just above the mill spring crossroad, in Polk county, North Carolina. Lake Adger is approximately 34 miles from Spartanburg, 25 miles from Hendersonville, 38 miles from Asheville, 53 miles from Greenville, 82 miles from Charlotte and 11 miles from lake lure.
the highway 9 north side of Lake Adger, approximately 400 acres, is now under development and offers lake front lots and acreage tracts, horse farms and mountain view lots with private marina slips.
